...Being more well-rounded?
I don't know what to call it. Just a few simple goals I am going to work on this month...
1. Don't scoff, but here's my first goal: Make my bed every day (and have kids make their beds each day). EVERY. DAY. (My kids are actually better at this than I am). It only takes minutes and makes such a difference in the bedroom to have a tidy bed.
2. 30 green drinks. It is hard for me to make something cold when it's cold outside, but it's such an easy way to get a lot of fruits and veggies in.
3. A daily list of things I am grateful for.
TODAY:
* The beautiful grey and snowy drive to Vernal -- time to listen to great music, see a beautiful landscape and daydream about what I want most in life. It was a good day.
* A chilly night time walk with Sam.
* A clean kitchen after dinner.
* Good friends (who help me out on a moments notice).
4. 5 hours of indexing.
That's it. It might seem kind of boring, but this makes a perfect November challenge: I don't do any of these things regularly - they are simple, measurable and doable -they are small ways to bless my days during this busy and cold time of year.
